Special Sunday

Today is Special Sunday. It is the beginning of a new week (something I decided for me, my week begins on Sunday).  It is a new beginning. A new list of things to accomplish, new plans, new creations. 
What are you going to do to begin your week this special day.  I am going to focus on my blessings today.  I will renew my energy and know this will be a wonderful week.  You have a wonderful day too.

Everyone gets in a rut or funk now and again.

You are fabulous.  Look around at all you do, at all you are, and all you create.
Create somethinng you!...Create something fabulous.....words, actions, hugs, giving love, smiles etc.

Beauty

I must have beauty and beautiful on the brain this weekend.  Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Okay - You are beautiful.  The world is a wonderous beauty.  We create beauty.
So let's make some beauty today.  Hum, check out our stash and pull together sets of fabric we find beautiful....
Then dream and create.

In what do you find Sanctuary?

We do not hear the word sanctuary much anymore.  In what do you find your sanctuary?  Family, friends, good books, music, creating, fabric?  Well we can find it, take it, give it, covet it and much more. It can be a real place, a dreamed of place, in the mind or tactile. Are you a sanctuary. Well at any rate....think about it and see what it means to you.
I'm off to my sanctuary....quilt/craft room, to inspire, create and encourage....in that I can give and find sanctuary.
God is my sanctuary and He gave me talent and inspiration to be a sanctuary to others (or so I hope).

Inspiratin and Encouragement

I don't know about you but I want to be a postivie person who inspires and encourages others.  It is a crooked path and a challenge to change old habits.  My weekly (daily) walk with GOD jornal is going to give me a place to focus on some positive words in my chat's with GOD.  It will be a place to add words I like to keep my going.  It will be a place to help me smile, to love myself and to encourage my creativity. What do you do to encourage your walk and your creativity?

Yesterday I was in the studio (doesn't that sound good)...and I made a  "My Weekly Walk" journal. I'll post some before pics...(before embelishments) just to prove I actually did do something.
What is your weekly walk?  I made this as a place to go to for positive thoughts, prayers, good things to make me smile.

Today I am appreciating - you!
Family and friends are a blessing to me and to each other.  We do not say good things enough about who and what we appreicate.
